We believe good food and good beer starts by knowing your farmer, caring about the land, and doing right by the people who provide our food.  Since 1996, we’ve been working to close the distance between Idaho’s farms and your plate. 

We run three downtown Boise restaurants; Bittercreek Alehouse, Red Feather Lounge, and Diablo & Sons Saloon –  and a small brewery, Woodland Empire.  All are built on a simple idea: the health of our city is tied to the health of the land and communities that feed us.
